BoP Civil Works

  • Clear site and prepare ground for construction works
  • Cut & Fill Works as required to establish level site at each SPV development
  • Establish temporary contractor’s construction compound
  • Install underground Earthing system throughout the battery storage site
  • Design & Build new Client Side 33kV Switchroom inc all foundation works; foundation works for Battery ISO Containers; foundations for ISO Container skids; Stores/Data Room ISO Container; foundation for Auxiliary Earthing Transformer
  • Oil Containment bunds below the Auxiliary Transformers & PCS Transformers
  • Construct cable troughs as required
  • 33kV Cable installation and terminations as required throughout the two BoP SPV developments
  • Establish new perimeter security fence and access gates
  • Establish new internal and external access tracks where required
  • Establish drainage throughout site as required
  • Cranage as required to offload and position all equipment including: BESS containers; Switchgear; Battery modules
  • Landscaping and reinstate compound with clean stone

BoP Electrical Works

  • Complete full CDEGS Earthing survey and report
  • Complete full protection grading survey as required to interface with IDNO
  • Complete full P28, P29 & G5/4 System Studies
  • Design, procure and install 33kV switchgear and PCS Transformers
  • Procure and install flat rack skid with 2 x PCS units pre mounted
  • Design, procure and install battery chargers and protection panels; MV Cables throughout;
  • Design, procure and install battery chargers and protection panels; MV Cables throughout; DC Cables throughout; Auxiliary Supplies Transformer
  • Install and connect all below and above ground Earthing
  • Install and connect all multi core cable for control and monitoring
  • Installation & commissioning of BESS SCADA system
  • All associated testing and commissioning to IDNO specification

 DNO Compound Civil Works

  •  Clear site and prepare ground for construction work
  •  Install underground Earthing system throughout compound extension
  •  Remove and relocate existing water tank 
  • Design & Build foundations for all Busbar support structures; 132kV disconnectors; high level conductor structures; 132kV Dead Tank Circuit Breaker; 132kV Cable Sealing End structure; 132kV Voltage Transformer; 132kV Post Insulators 
  • Construct cable troughs as required 
  • Establish new perimeter security fence and new access gates 
  • Reinstate compound with clean stone

DNO Compound Electrical Works

  • Design, procure and install all 132kV busbar system and disconnectors; 132kV Dead Tank Circuit Breaker; 132kV Cable Sealing End; 132kV structures as required; 132kV voltage transformer; 132kV Surge arrester; 132kV post insulators 
  • Install and connect all below and above ground Earthing 
  • Install and connect all multi core cable for control and monitoring 
  • All associated testing and commissioning to SSEN specification 

IDNO Compound Civil Works

  • Clear site and prepare ground for construction works 
  • Install underground Earthing system throughout IDNO transformer compound 
  • Design & Build new control room and 33kV switchroom 
  • Design & Build foundations for 132kV disconnectors; 132kV Cable Sealing End structure 
  • Design & install 33kV underground cable ducting & Troughs 
  • Establish bunded foundation for 100MW 132/33kV Transformer; Auxiliary Earthing Transformer; NER 
  • Establish new perimeter security fence and access gates 
  • Reinstate compound with clean stone

IDNO Compound Electrical Works

  • Design, procure and install all 132kV interconnection cable from SSEN; 132kV Cable Sealing End; 132kV transformer disconnector; 132/33kV 100MVA Transformer; Auxiliary Earthing Transformer; NER; all 132kV structures as required; 132kV Transformer Protection Panel & AVC Panel 
  • Design, procure and install 33kV switchboard & associated protection scheme; 33kV cable and terminations from grid transformer LV to 33kV switchroom iDNO side 
  • Install IDNO SCADA system 
  • Install and connect all below and above ground earthing 
  • Install and connect all multi core cable for control and monitoring 
  • Complete full CDEGS earthing survey and report 
  • Complete full protection grading survey as required to interface with SSEN
