The Electricity at Work regulations stipulates that all electrical network asset owners should have a Safe System of Work in place to cover the ongoing operations and maintenance of their apparatus. It also stipulates that only suitably trained, experienced and qualified people should carry out these duties.
G2 Energy have a large number of competent staff and Senior Authorised Persons (SAPs) that are trained and authorised to carry out such O&M works. We also have all of the safe systems of work, including working to a set of Distribution Safety Rules (DSRs) in place.

G2 offer a 24/7 emergency control call centre service to allow immediate assistance throughout the UK, with remote monitoring and control of client’s networks.

G2 Energy also hold an extensive stock of emergency spares at their warehouse facilities in Milton Keynes and have access to all of the switchgear and transformer suppliers to allow swift return to service of apparatus following unexpected plant failures.
